Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Robot

  Securely place the device, docking station, and all original accessories back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
